We flew into Providence in the afternoon, picked up our rental car, and drove straight into Newport to start the adventure.

After doing some research and gathering tips, we had some reservations planned and a to-do list of activities for Newport.

We decided to head about 45 minutes south to a small town called Ogunquit. The name of the town means “Beautiful Place by the Sea.”
